The response to my client's needs were handled quickly, concisely and efficiently.

My artwork was not what it should have been. In the process of converting it to a PDF, the bleed was cut out. Sean directed me to Ross, who explained exactly what needed to happen and I was able to correct the mistake. Quick, concise and efficient.
